What Happens After We Receive a Notice
After receiving a complete notice, we may:- Review the notice for completeness and validity
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material where appropriate
- Take reasonable steps to notify the party who provided or posted the material (if applicable)

How to Submit a DMCA Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:- Your full legal name and your contact information, including email address and phone number
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal (include the URL if available)
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, the federal district court located in Los Angeles County, California, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or their agent
- Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is generally acceptable as an electronic signature)

After we receive a valid counter-notice, we may forward it to the original complaining party. If they do not file a court action within the time required by law, we may restore the removed material.
